Consumers fly a small drone over a makeshift city, like New York City.  When you fly over the buildings of merchants like Tiffany's, Macy's or a small pizza shop like Luigi's, you click onto that coupon over that small building, download the photo from your small drone to your cell phone before you leave Chopper Shopper and then go and visit that retailer to redeem your coupon.
